Exactly the same with Real Estate Agents there is a ton of "Generalist's" who can get by on simple, and then there is SPECIALISTS; your Relocation Specialist, your 1st-time-home-buyer Specialist's, Lake/Water Front Specialists, Condo Specialist's, Luxury Specialist and, yes, there is REI Specialists.
