Welcome to the Chattanooga investment market. The biggest challenge here for investors right now is the low inventory but you're a problem solver so you'll be fine! Agents are still landing deals with creative strategies like bank auctions, driving for dollars, making offers on houses that have been on the MLS for too long. Build your team and go for it. There are many pockets of opportunity here in Chattanooga and Cleveland.
