In reality, I would prefer to pay private money rates on their investment so any of the excess profits after paying out their interest earned are held by the company. how attractive that is for an investor...I don't know.

., The SAFE Act has killed Lonnie Deals, MH dealers are pulling thier hair out with it.The returns can be better, now ask do you really earn the difference...Cheap MHs are full of tenant and maintenance issues, not saying you can't get a good tenant, just saying they are fewer and far between, just don't turn yourself into a slum-lord

Sure you could get a little head start now, but I think with the earning potential you will have you will be able to make up for lost time very quickly.I am a part time investor and graduated 5 years ago and I will tell you, my good paying W-2 job has been crucial to growing my company.
