Hello All,

I'm new here and have been lurking, reading articles, and listening to the podcast. I have 2 rentals, one has 50K in equity and cashflows $450 mo. The other has $35K equity and cashflows $250 mo. I have a partner who owns three properties with little equity and minimal cashflow. He is currently working on refinancing them which will get them collectively cashflowing around $300 mo. I am unsure if it is a wise decision to move those three properties into our partnership?

I also rent a small apartment and am working on moving into a house and rehabbing then moving after two years and either selling or renting. After the next house purchase I will be tight on cash to make any more deals or at least how I've done the first two deals. I was just hoping to get input on my current progress and some suggestions on where to go next with little cash left.

Best Regards
