Regarding the DSCR loan, I would imagine the lender/broker you're working with would be able to give you more information regarding what their specific program entails (qualification metrics, loan terms, etc).

@Henry DunklauHenryThe rate you get is going to depend on your qualification. 8% on a 30 year is a rate for a no income verification, no seasoning on title type loan.
