Hi @Kyle Bishop,Not only do you need to get familiar with underwriting, you need to start building a capital raising platform.

This will take learning how and dedication to get sellers on the phone. 

I used cozy for a while, but while I see the value in the platform, the hassle in set-up and the delay in received payments wasn't worth it for my tiny portfolio. 

So, some of us prefer passive investing with others who have full time staff dedicated to deal flow. 

But where I was able to dive in was by using Carto, a spatial data platform.

, they have a whole department dedicated to solar and they should be able to get you the best info on current projects that have share availability or upcoming projects if all the built-out ones are fully subscribed.

Hard work to create income (hard work seems to be a lost art these days) , dedication to live within your means, grow your sources of income, invest what you save into cash producing assets, grow those assets... repeat.

I would stick with one platform if things were really lopsided.

He has a whole group dedicated to active military / passive income...
