Yes, you eventually need PPAs and interconnection agreements (IA), but distribution runs, permitting, last mile loads, zoning, substation capacities and required upgrades, … all these are just as important as your PPA and IA.

Only thing todo now is pull permits and get it back together.

@Daniel Dem I would strongly advise before doing any big steps to consult a real estate attorney I think you would need a zoning permit.

A lot of town meetings for zoning and permits but it's those extra steps that someone else doesn't want to take that will help you make the long term gains.

A lot of the best locations no longer give our STR permits but there some rare exceptions.But there is definitely something to your idea, you just need to think hard about finding the right location for the property.
