Thanks.It has been demonstrated to my satisfaction over the last year that Clayton Morris of Morris Invest knowingly headed up a Ponzi scheme in Indianapolis and has repeatedly brokered real estate without a license.

Plus if you’ve just bought the place and it was cleaned to your satisfaction you may be able to ask the sellers for the existing cleaners info. 

No matter which market you choose, just be methodical and patient vetting who you are going to work with.  

We tend to be very critical of applicants, reviewing every nook and cranny as we believe in being patient and placing excellent candidates, rather than just placing anyone. 

But if your patient and look there's some good deals out there! 

We've done less deals the past 18 months, only around 200 units, but we did just close one in January 128 units.I would never rush, but I think a bit of urgency always keeps us sharp and hungry.My motto is No deal is better than a bad deal, so I can understand being patient

I’d be patient with it and let the city handle it at no cost to me.

PS: I’m patient to wait for a good deal.

We've had to be patient (2 years to get our 4) and do all the work, but.....it's paid off!!
