Don't trust any online sources such as Zillow for values.

If they say no right off, keep asking for creative or out of the box solutions to get to your objective.

Has anyone out there had any success with bidding on a home on a site like ebay and flipping it quickly for a profit? I see many homes that sell for the 3K - 10K range and think there would be an opportunity to flip ...

Funny, how the tax people find everyone they need to find.Landlords objected to the idea of signing away their right to object to entry by the government and the word "annual inspection" rolled off of the codes administrator as he was explaining "probable cause" "warrants" etc.

I'll admit I was skeptical based upon the rumors being spread about him online, but once I found out the truth and actually worked with him, I found out that he was genuine and knows his stuff.
