Difficulty rezoning from commercial to residential
Hey,
Just wondering if anyone has done this. I figure it is easier to go this way than from residential to commercial. I live in VA, is it a huge ordeal??? Can you get it rezoned for mixed use in the same space so that it would be convertable back to commercial for future sales??
