Hello everyone...I just attended the NEREIA in Chelmsford Ma last night....Wow...a lot of people showed up...very nice atmosphere...very informative...Im not going to lie, I was a bit hesitant in speaking with people there...I have absolutely no experience..but I know I need to hammer down and just do it.....I need to emerse myself in it...Thinking about starting to wholesale..I need to know bout p/s agreement , assigning, etc....anybody have any suggestions would love to pick ur brain...

I think the reason a lot of investors go high end in single family homes could be because you only have one unit, so the profit margins are squeezed, in order to turn a nice profit, you must command higher rents.
