I listen to a podcast a day ( now on 63) on my way into work every morning.

I am very familiar with the Katy, Memorial and Spring Branch areas of Houston, and now I am out in Cypress, Tx.To start my education, I have been listening to BP podcasts, and I have read Rich Dad Poor Dad and the Richest Man in Babylon. 

Like I said earlier, I haven't read the Ultimate Beginner's guide or any other books on Real Estate just yet, but I have been listening to the BP Podcast in order from episode 1 (I think I just listened to episode 40) while also listening to the show they put out weekly.The area of Real Estate that most interests me is the idea of using House Hacking to learn how to buy, hold, and manage small multifamily properties (starting with Duplexes) to generate passive streams of cash flow, with the goal being to eventually stop having to work a W2 job and live comfortably off of the cash flow my rental properties produce.

I have listen to many audible books and have heard about all the creative ways to make money and they all sound so appealing.

At this point, I think I need to get started before I learn enough :-PWhat I mean by that is I have looked at properties, read a ton of literature, and listened to hundreds of podcasts, for about two years. 

I especially enjoy the podcasts as I can listen and learn about different aspects of real estate investing while completing other tasks. 

After listening to it, I drafted an email answering his question about my interest in making an offer, and if i did make an offer, what it might be.
