Same question for window covers - mixed light drapes around the house - worth doing better window coverings?

There are those who interpret the IRS regulations to mean that you can't even go over and change a light bulb, so be very careful about this.Secondarily, there are others who also cannot have any financial gain, including going over to change light bulbs, such as pretty much every family member you have.  

I don't know the area you're in at all, but these purchases seem like the cash flow may be light, when all expenses are taken into account.

If the house will sell with out staging because it is a hot area, I don't bother hiring a professional, I will stage lightly like the kitchen cook books, wine classes, plates and silverware at a sit up bar etc., bath with towels, fireplace mantel with my HOME sign, drop a comforter and pillows in the master on the floor and some stuffed animals in the kids rooms.

@Joshus light  thanks for the advice makes sense, you brought up a good point.

Nothing helped beyond some light surface rust as well as making the unaffected areas appear cleaner.

I have searched the threads on BP and haven't come across that much information so I'm hoping you all could shed more light on the subject. 

I have a few questions; hopefully I can get some light shed on.I had a lead come in from a gentleman whom inherited a property from his dad along with his 6 siblings. 3 of the siblings are deceased now.

I have seen some people on here lightly discuss it, but have not seen anything too in depth.

This is actually house #3 I purchased, however the purchase closing happened faster than house #2, and being a light rehab went quicker.
