Spray it wet with water, give it a few minutes to soak in, and scrape off.It's incredibly messy so only do it in an empty room, but I saw a DIYer video on YouTube where guy attached a wet vac to his scraper and solved that problem too.

The idea would be to subscribe, send photos and questions, and get a digital custom package back with videos, links, examples, and advice for your interior design/ rehab / flip questions.

I am new to real estate investing and have recently started watching video and seminars on here.

That really helps because it leads to some other gray areas I had about the process. 

You may get a few dead leads and unqualified people but how many can depend on a variety of things (location, rent amount, listing description, etc.).To effectively screen prospective tenants, you can/should ask for W-2 forms, recent pay stubs, employment verification, landlord referral letters, and conduct a background check on them as well.

Hello fellow investors.After watching various podcasts and YouTube videos and audiobooks and of course reading various posts on here, I am looking to formulate my RE team. 

Preforeclosure leads?

I intend to do my due diligence, inspect and physically see the properties I buy, but it would be nice to get some leads from the community based upon real world experience.

I wanted to ask for your opinion on what is the best side job or part-time I could get to funnel leads into my RE business.
