I live in the New Jersey area but currently playing pro soccer in Memphis. 

So far we considering either New York or New Jersey since we reside in NYC but are looking at other nearby states as well.

I suspect that my purchase will take place late next year (unless a better opportunity presents itself) and I am looking in Jersey City, Queens, Bronx and Long Island.My goal from posting in this forum is to begin building relationships with local investors, realtors, and general contractors.
