FYI - When using QuickBooks - you do not need any overlay for property management and accounting.Unless you are looking for screening tenants, posting to online sites etc.Agreed Buildium, Propertyware (great with integrating with QuickBooks), Appfolio are few good software and many more where we helped our clients.
