I fully believe appraisers are most motivated/influenced by what the purchase price is and many of them don't seem to understand that buying a home at a discount shouldn't influence what the market value of the property actually is.

So I immediately sent the info to my preferred agent he disclosed some information that they owed several years of property taxes and were motivated to sell we settled for 90k I took out my first ever mortgage loan which was a conventional loan 20% down 5.6% interest rate and for 120 months payment of 768 acquired property 06/13/2020 immediately hired a contractor with a dozer to take down most of the brush.

It's a time consumer that I'm happy to part with 80% of the 1st month's rent, but after that as long as you place a good tenant your phone calls/issues are usually incredibly minimal, I hardly ever hear from my tenants, so I don't see the need to give up 10% of my monthly rent to a company for them to not hear from my tenants either.
