Like Sixpack Abs and Get Rich Making Money in Your Underwear, people who are attracted to real estate as potential investors are not encouraged to see the ugly seedy side of the business.I'm referring to dealing with the the garage sale of humanity, the crazy people, evicting raging tenants, death and destruction, lender bureaucracy, state compliance, etc.
