You want to build relationships.

They told me a lot about what was going on in the unit and of the relationship the tenants were having (alleged illegal activity which I was also told about by neighbors). 

I also don't check Facebook or any other social media, watch tv often, etc.I do run two businesses, manage 20 rental units, have a social life and a relationship.

I tell new investors all the time to stop chasing banks and build a relationship.

I’m totally not expecting anyone to do the work for me but hoping to build a long term business relationship.

Good evening,     Has anyone used the VA historic home tax credit for remodeling their home/rental property?

I am interested in the BRRR Strategy, long term holding for cashflow, house hacking my first deal, and developing quality relationships with good people who will help me improve as a human being. 

I would leverage as much as possible while the rates remain historically low (they will go up at least twice before next election cycle). 

I have to find my own deals on realtor.com AND zillow email alerts based on a filter.My low ball offers are much more likely to be given a serious look because i developed a relationship with the listing agent, my best resource to take my offer to the seller and make the pitch.
