@Addie Burchell There should be some tax benefits to help offset the $220/month loss in terms of write-offs and depreciation.

It sounds like I just need to find a senior partner to work with to bring good deals that has the capital and experience to help me close on deals for 3-5x returns.

So, I tried to help the situation by getting a contractor to go replace the floor and remodel the bathroom so that the house is nicer for her.
