I'm a licensed broker in Alexandria just venturing into the rent-to-own arena, an option I feel is underutilized but would be popular in my area.  

So I have a decent amount of experience and now have questions about some more complicated things that I am trying to grow into doing. 

Innago has a better user interface in my opinion, but they have a pretty in depth process to get initially set up and they are still growing their abilities so don't have bi-weekly rent payments as an option yet.

Every company is going to operate a bit differently and you want to ensure that you are comfortable with their operations as well as their style of communication.No company is perfect but a great company will provide great communication to owners and tenants alike and be proactive in refining their systems so when the inevitable hiccups occur there is a plan of action to make corrections and grow stronger over time. 

I found Bigger Pockets 2 years ago but im shy and it took me a while to get engaged and realize that were all just students of the game of real estate and some are farther along their journey than others and that is no excuse for me NOT to network and get to know many of you on here and tap into everyone's experience and knowledge and resources to build up my rental portfolio and to help others along the way as my knowledge and experience grows over time. 

It also seems to be growing really quickly, updates almost monthly.

She only wants to live there for a maximum of 3 years, but since we're buying it as a buy-and-hold rental, our equity will only grow so fast.

Grow: I am trying to grow my connections, understanding, and knowledge.

Years ago, contractors are normally incorporated, but nowadays, LLC's had gain popularity. 

Currently analyzing 2-3 deals a day just becoming more familiar with all of the terms and also looking for local meet ups to grow my circle in this business.
