-Putting out Bandit signs (occasionally investors will call me looking for properties) -Calling other Bandit signs (reaching out to wholesalers/investors and seeing what kind of properties they're looking for) -Putting Ads on Craig's List I've also seen it suggested that you can reach out to landlords by calling "For Rent" signs, but I haven't done it myself.
