As someone who does business in one of the hottest markets around, and who has bought in several other incredibly hot markets in the US, Ive never once encountered that on a residential property.

Know that they are not all scams, but the scams that do exist are plenty.

I can also help draft different provisions for different situations you might encounter.

That isn’t to say something isn’t written in but I have never encountered that.

How do I know a private money lender is legit and isn’t trying to scam me?
