Is it wise to not use a realtor to buy a property? How can I?
I am wanting to buy a multi-family property but not spend thousands of dollars on a realtor. How do I do it while also having a great contract that keeps me safe?

Chris, Full disclosure. I'm an agent. That said, buyers agents in most deals are paid by the seller. Other than some fees a buyer broker may charge at closing the service should be free to you. My advice would be to contact a RE office who does business or is located in the area of your deal, and ask the SUPERVISING BROKER to recommend an agent(s) in the office who has experience with the type of transaction you need help with. Probably will be the best 2 minute phone call you will make with this deal.
