Frankly, when someone says they are trying to help someone (unless they are related or really old and great friends) it sets off an alarm that says look deeper, when someone invokes a religious motivation I hide my wallet.

Even in the same county, there are various pockets of growth, and lack of, and one needs to dig deeper into their local market, watch what is selling and where, pricing, etc. in order to know what their market is.

Both have very good info and tips on what indicators to look for.l in an emerging market.I was curious as to what other people were doing to find those areas they want to begin diving deeper in and researching for those specific indicators.

I also delved into the city's local commission website and took note of various building permits and there seems to be an eminent number of plans (car washes, restaurants, parks, etc.) in the plans around different areas of the city that I'm sure will also contribute to the population and demand; not to mention, there are major resident-attracting plans in the books!
