Mobile home parks?

I think I was trying to do this on the mobile BP app before, thank you again for your help!

I've all but given up on BP from my phone due to the "floating menu bar", so had not noted those links are not present on the mobile  .... -1 for interface consistency.

First I want to thank Josh, Brandon, Allison and the BP community for all of the inspiration and encouragement in the form of priceless advice, podcasts and posts for all of our real estate goals.I've been an avid reader and listener to posts and podcasts for about two years now and I am now ready and in position to take action.My husband and I dedicate and volunteer most of our time to reach out to the community as bible teachers and are interested in earning income that would allow us to keep that as our focus.

I know this is an incredibly tough question without seeing the homes, but what's the average cost to bring a mobile home in bad shape in the inside up to "rentable condition"?

I would have to say, Brokerage houses can make a difference with regard to things like overall market presence, dedicated marketing platforms, well supplied buyer pipeline based on advertising exposure, etc.

Turnover is more common anyway and not generally as pricey to endure (though mobile home parks have the bets of both worlds in that there is unlikely to be turnover while you still get the impact if the number of units) and a few vacancies out of many isn't as big of a deal.

As my personal email address has already been added to several mailing lists, I decided to go ahead and create a dedicated email address, which led me to brainstorm a possible domain name for a future website I will use in my real estate investment/career.  

I recently moved from Mobile, Alabama to Aurora, Oregon.
