I have aspirations to own my own brokerage/ investment company and possibly build but most of all make a substantial impact in the community!

The difference can be significant- it certainly has been in San Francisco.2- as for gentrification itself, the irony is not lost on me that a well educated African American woman should not improve a neighborhood:)  you can think of yourself as a positive example for an impoverished community.

I was frankly too intimidated to join the community for a long time; I've never owned any real estate and felt a bit like an impostor :-) .

I know the saying “More Risk = More Reward”, my question to the BP community that have dealt with both Class A properties and Class C/C- properties: Is there really that big of a difference in managing the tenants, and property?
