I'm a retired 72 year old operations manager...who has more bills to pay than retirement social security income....can't find decent work....friends told me to try real estate investing....don't know anything about it but willing to learn......I'm a country person not a city person.

You might expect to drop $2000, 6 months and have to offer decent argument that a duplex rezone is consistent with the neighborhood plan or that there's a new community need to increase the density. 6,050 indicates it's a legal, non-conforming (undersized) lot - it still meets the minimum lot area for TU but do you have 50' of frontage?

Trailers old and in decline, yet still rented for the most part....Price is decent or probably be negotiated to such.My question is can a MHP come back to life with an infusion of newer but used trailer replacements and some investment in infrastructure or has the long years of decline permanently turned away future potential?
