This is the route many people go when they have dissimilar units like a 3 bedroom and 2 bedroom or other combination.

So going to networking events and meet ups is critical to business growth and development. 

Having an appraisal contingency is critical when dealing with FHA, USDA and VA loans. 

Additionally, principal paydown is a fairly small percentage within the first few years, which is when cash flow is most critical.

I'm not criticizing those agents, I'm just saying I only work with REA's that have a REI/client mentality.
