Hello,I am looking for a real estate attorney (preferably with a national presence) and CPA that has an office in Maryland.  

Do you have a "team" of people that will handle the various specialized aspects of a house flipping business (Realtors, CPA's, attorneys, contractors/tradesmen, title companies, lenders, etc.)? 

I recommend looking into the local credit unions first (Charlotte Metro, Truliant, etc.).Also, in addition to the meetings @Karen Rittenhouse mentioned, I'd invite you to come out to the next networking meetup of local BiggerPocket members:Charlotte, NC REI Networking Meetup - Tues.

Anyway, just wondering if it would make a difference being licensed as opposed to reading books and networking.

As we get closer to the holidays and ending the year it will be upon us before we know it, I hope to continue to network and meet more like minded people. 

@Bryce Stclair is spot on about the meetup its at leaf chronicle every third thursday, i went last week and was very hppy with the networking and the speaker! 

If you do want a REI specialized accountant, give Real File CPA in Ontario a call.

I just want to network my way in and find a company or someone that wants to work with me so we can make this happen together. 

Also, network and make other connections so you can possibly team up with someone.
