I believe both St Pete and Pinellas county have their own rules for Airbnb but not sure of the differences.  

You could do a limited service (outsource booking + guest communications) to a company like mine or evolve for a lower fee and then manage your own maintenance and cleaners.

For context, I’m a millennial, young dad, who works full time and I own over 7 figures of rental property in two different states, Idaho and Florida.

If it were mine, I would have the same company come out that did the install and refurbish the area back to its original condition.

Any title company will help you with double close. 

This is different from homeowner’s insurance and will cover things like property damage, liability, and loss of rental income.

You'll find that there are plenty of large scale wholesale companies, but also smaller wholesalers that tend to source deals with larger spreads.

A lot of the discussions here are going to be very much a North American application to investing since regulations and financing are somewhat similar for the US/CA, but likely different for Africa/Europe etc.

This is a company that will perform scheduled inspections of your rental property to identify deferred maintenance needs, dubious tenant activities (say, illegal pets, bad housekeeping, failure to change HVAC filters etc). 

Note - DSCR lenders can vary quite a bit when it comes to their underwriting/qualification/overall friendliness towards STRs so make sure you are aware of the differences
