Also, nearly every one of these that I came across was being managed by a third party so once you add their fees on top of the other expenses the owner of the unit was either barely breaking even or taking a loss.

Hi Stephanie,Pink front door, green ceiling, purple walls.And who knows what quality of workmanship or sloppiness she has.And if she falls off of a ladder are you carrying workman's comp.If the paint is ready for a repaint, it's intelligent to hire a professional painter with professional drop cloths and insurance.The downside is where will the renter live during this (stinky odorous) commotion, and all of the renters belongings are exposed to theft by the painters.Good Luck!

Hi Austin,Oh-dark 100--man goes out and gets into PU truck.Boot in the step up, slides in, fires it up (no diesel in the coldest of the cold places)....Inside the cab is Ice cold, the steering wheel cannot be touched with bare hands--coffee thermos by his side.Key in the ignition--ding ding ding...and Vroooom the large V8 comes to life!
