I have found most have no idea how to do that if the water is too cold they will call you

My south florida market looks overall healthy: overconstruction is heavy in the condo market, 1M+ market is cold.

It also works well in a normal market - not too hot or not too cold, say with 90 days DOM.Why?

Being in FL, I’m ignorant on cold weather painting.  

On my personal residence in northwestern pa where it’s very cold in the winters I replaced all my windows for the fancy argon double insulated low E vinyl windows .

I figured cold calling the owners of these vacant houses would be best. 

Whether or not it will hold up in court is up to a judge and state law, but if this property is in NJ I would assume it would be legal because you have cold winters.

Hey BP community, i am putting together a direct mail campaign ( my largest to date) and I am seeing if any of you have or know of a resource or list that is just phone numbers to cold call. 

(ie. driving for dollars, cold calling, etc.)
