What are some of your legal concerns as a real estate investor?

@Jake Stuttgen I would first read over the HOA agreement and connect with @Brad Schaeppi and discuss your particular concerns.  

I would like to work with wholesalers though and I know they are typically concerned about speed of closing.

Im a little concerned since my girlfriend has been working under him for a long time, and would speak with her prior on how she feels about it.I wouldn't know how to go about structuring something that benefits me.

At first, I did not had any doubts about the subject but after talking to other investors, some of them have raise some concerns about it, citing some "conflict of interests" when you are a realtor v.s. a real estate investor.

My concern for you would be exactly that - building it so big that it does turn into a monster you can't manage or grow, because the business systems aren't set up optimally.

I have a similar goal for Phoenix, AZ and would welcome any opportunities to further dive into that market.If any of you have bandwidth concerns and would like some extra muscle, please let me know!

@James Baker I agree with @John Underwood, however I also understand the concern that maybe the previous landlord didn't keep to the standards you want when placing the tenant.
