In the police report, it was indicated that license plate is from Virginia, however the picture I personally took of the car has a Tennessee plate with the same number as indicated on report.

The house is older (1900) but looks ok on the inside (previous rehab done), with some cosmetic repairs required.I'd love to do VA financing on this one but that doesn't look like it will fly.

My wife and I went through a similar thing right after we moved to VA. here employer screwed her out of over 5K. still not enough money to pay for a lawyer to take her to court with it. we would have been lucky to break even.
