@Miles Curtis - I would develop relationship with a qualified CPA at this point and NOT rely on TurboTax or such accounting software.

As I was researching  for a software to evaluate the students status.

I too am seeking a software that can provide both a solid accounting aspects and property management tracking capabilities.On the property managing side, I found Buildium, Propertyware,  and Rentec direct.I am leaning towards purchasing 2 different software programs, because when scouting accountants, one of my questions was what software they recommend for me to do my own bookkeeping and will be easier for them when comes time for tax season and other events.

Hi everyone, I am seeking your opinion about the most efficient software brands that can be used for book keeping and other software brands that are know for property management.

My only concern is when purchasing online products or services such as my book keeping/ property management software or website creation/hosting... all those require credit cards.

I am a CPA and also own a single investment property and I use Wave Accounting software.  

What do I use (software, Craigslist, etc...).

Please offer real solutions, programs, software to buying inventory to flip in PA and NJ?
