I originally used several paid and free management softwares, but they still have an old school mentality. 

I started with a house hacked duplex in Fishtown in 2010.Since then a few more duplexes, single fams, and a live-in-slow-flip.I picked up my RE license along the way to support my own investing, but still teach high school math full time.I generally only work with one buyer client at a time.I'll take you up on your coffee offer if it is still available.

So my wife and i have always wanted to be in rental real estate so we decided to buy a house since a mortgage was cheaper than pay monthly rents. we decided to buy a property that we felt would make a great rental based on the location and numbers... so we bought in town of the school i grew up in..Weve owned the property 7 yrs this past Dec.

I have some friends that go to school in Akron! 

In Pennsylvania, you can apply for homestead exemption at your local assessment office and it will reduce your school property tax for your primary residential residence. 

In a somewhat hasty maneuver I finished my schooling and passed my test for my brokers license in March of 19’.
