I have been using the same one each month but interested in seeing what others do.I specifically target probates and absentee homeowners.I suggest mailing letters or postcards every 30-45 days to a list for 6 months, then update the list and repeate it.Also, test your letters, like dividing the list in half, and send two versions of the letter.

Often their instructions don't match the options on RentRedi (I assume the help cut&paste was from an older version) Good effort, but very frustrating when your spending so much time on something that is supposed to save you time.Then issues with actual screening process.
