How do you have the time for your bus tours, being a "guru" and living that swanklife.com with all the time you spend trashing people online? 

I spent a weekend up there years ago and got a tour of the Oil Sands operations .. its was really cool..  

I would want to tour their current place.

They have not seen the property in person other than about 20 photos, and I did a video tour for them of the property and they want to move forward with renting it, and cannot make it down to see it in person before they're relocation.Other than the sight unseen concern, his income is only 2.1x monthly rent, and she will be looking for a job.  

I have long-term and short-term rentals, a permanent job, and I am working on building my own tour business.But for heaven's sakes, why do these chicken littles keep crying that the sky is falling and looking for someone else to blame?

As they tour the property, the comes out of his office and tells them that he owns the land up until my building, to which people are turned off. 

We had an in person meeting, credit check, tour of the unit, etc... and we just kind of decided based on that.

We listed it on 4/28 and have had 18 contacts, 12 tours, but no applicants.
