I discovered this by trial and error--working away on floors but finding it is actually in the walls (so don't tear up subfloor if it still has lingering odor, but see below)....So my final step in the pet urine disaster is to TSP all the walls and ceilings, rinse, and then apply Kilz or equivalent sealer designed for odors.

Maybe some private money partners might have an issue but your regular run-of-the-mill lending institutions will only concern themselves with your ability to pay back that loan and the risk they take in lending you that money.
