If the numbers look good then, and you are conservative with your estimated expenses and cap ex, you are well on your way to finding a great deal.It seems like many of the guys interviewed on the BP podcast, including co-host Brandon Turner, started off like this and STILL have that property where they used to live.Good luck friend.
