No pedestrian traffic will be permitted for the safety of the individual.- Samples will be taken before for “Genus Identification” and will be taken after for “Quality Assurance” and for warranty purposes.- Any needed and appropriate containment will be arranged, along with negative air equipment and air scrubbers.- Any surfaces (not weight bearing walls) found to have category (3) contamination (colony growth – likely full gut), such as drywall, dividing walls or shelving may be removed and be discarded in a dumpster to be placed in the driveway as close to the house as possible (or otherwise removed). - Every square inch of the basement’s surfaces will be HEPA vacuumed to remove as much of the spore population and mycelium as possible.- Once HEPA vacuumed clean, an electric leaf blower will be used to raise as much of the remaining dust, mold, and spore as possible in order to allow the air scrubbers to remove them from the air.

Jon, you might start with the FDIC, RTO web site.Not sure how big Emerald Isle is, not that sure chaing down investors in China would be interest in the small stuff in a smallish town.The tenants, as mentioned are prime suspects to anchor a deal.

Of course, now cars.com ads come up on every web page with deals on recently used F150's and its driving me a bit nuts.

(In other words all the heavy traffic areas are vinyl strips and the rest high grade carpet) I'd post pics, but can't seem to figure out how to do that!!

The web site will also break down your total spending by what they consider the item categories to be (lumber, paint, flooring, electrical, plumbing, etc), which might be interesting. 

That drive easily turned into 3 hours if there was any kind of traffic.

The foot traffic is heavier further down the road towards the aforementioned major buildings.
