While you might not want them to handle the full set of final plans, it's particularly great if you want a few initial concept ideas and visualizations, which would otherwise be cost prohibitive on most smaller projects. 

We are more map focused as well and allow all variables to be plotted visually as a choropleth. 

Its awesome to visually see what the renovation costs matched up to the before and after photos.

I can only contribute a visual representation to help you in your quest for answers.

Most hosts miss out on stuff like dynamic pricing (changing nightly rates to match the ebbs and flows of the market, like airlines do), or things as simple as hiring a professional photographer to capture the main highlights of your STR.

As a broker, I would not consider it for a second  Amen Greg,  PM to be worth your time you need a good number of doors.. to put up with the general business dynamic  once you get up to a lot of doors north of 1000 you then have a pretty valuable business that can be sold.. the only state I am aware that does not require a license is Maryland which is surprising thinking of all the money PM's handle on a monthly basis if they have any size of a business..
