We upgraded the platform that the site runs on and it led to dozens of problems, which we've been fixing for the past 2 days (I didn't get to have any fun on the 4th as a result, unfortunately).That said, I believe everything is back up and running as it should.

I'm also upgrading the HVAC from evaporative to a new A/C gas pack that will be installed on the roof.Would you recommend that I have the roof replacement completed prior to the HVAC work?

here are the details.I just bought a house 3 streets away for $75k. i had to put only 6k in that house and rented it for $1,150.So, this new one is a SFR, asking price of 80k, which is overpriced when you take into account how many upgrades it needs....which are:Windows $6,500House Roof $4,800Waterproofing $3,000 (might not have to do it)Driveway repair $2,800Garage Roof $2,250Plumbing $1,500Furnace &AC $1,500Garage Door $1,350glass block basement windows$1,000Water heater $700Replaceelectrical riser$650Repair garage trim$575Garage Opener $350So, give or take, it would cost me around 25k (and my track record shows i go over my estimates :oops: ) in the next few yrs.
