I am assuming the house can be heated to a reasonable temperature but may cost more than she wants to pay and in that case she will loose her case and you will get the escrow money.  

I think a zoom call early Jan will get the ball rolling, then hopefully by Spring we can have some more clarity and things moving forward!

My leases state that for any appliances included normally just fridge, washer, dryer and sometimes window AC if any of them go bad I will come out to take a look and then give them $100 towards the purchase of a new one if it cant be fixed.This way I know they are out there but puts the ball in their court.

Planned on a 5 year goal made it happen in 2. 2017- Played baseball for about 15 years, high school, college and tried to pursue professional ball through independent leagues.
