The JAX market is pretty crazy and Costar is projecting 15-25% rent growth for 6 quarters straight.

I have the cash to purchase it outright, but I'm looking ahead at ways to get most of my cash back out.

The vast majority of posters are good people just looking to talk about real estate often in the only place they really can.Chances are that posters who don't try to buy or sell anything from/to you are probably honest straight shooters.

I want a head start for my kids just like every parent.

Make sure you know how to double-check any wholesalers numbers and always get prequalified for your lending steps ahead of time.

You can setup your LLC as a pass-through entity which doesn't require a separate tax return so the income and expenses from the LLC go straight on your personal return.

The letter won't arrive until Friday and I wanted to give them a heads up of this information since I'll be using Apartments.com to collect rent.
