Call a different guy and in the mean time cutvthe power to the unit to stop it from ruining your property with the leak . 

I'd probably do nothing until the payments stop coming.

My end goal is to replace my income and give me the option to stop working if I want to.

During that time, there were so many auctions that I have to limit myself to no more than one or two a week.I wrote an answer recently on another thread that goes more into this:  REO propertiesI stopped going to court house step auctions where bank always show up and bid on the their REO property.

There was so much water that it seeped all the way over to our side of the basement (it only houses our oil tank and furnace and is accessed through the outside so we don't go down there much in the summer and didn't know it was wet). 

Would we ever be able to have personal use on non-rented weekends or stop after a couple of years to turn the RV into personal property?

It is simple and easy to begin the eviction process, and you can always stop it if tenant pays rent or moves out.
