@Charlie MacPherson I knew the numbers going in but with the shift in the market, and the flip taking longer that expected, i want to ensure i don't "leave anything on the table'" per se. looking at the ones around it they sold for higher ppsf even though they are smaller sq footage than the one that is going on the market. thanks for the reply
