For this size building,, to get someone to vacuum, wipe entry glass, pick up and clean laundry rooms, and pick up trash on grounds on a weekly basis is pretty good for 250 a month.. about 17.50 per apartment a month cost for you. 

Verify specifically what is "guaranteed" - - typically the install and r/r of new glass is not - - it's parts only.

Either way pour a glass and toast yourself.
