Also, Putting 20% down wouldn't be a problem but it would be like starting life all over in a sense, sadly this is one of the cheapest homes in the area and surrounding areas (The housing in my location is extremely expensive 400K for a decent home) .

Sadly, its not really ever that simple of a process.

Yes, well in hindsight I can predict The Great Depression, Black Monday, both World Wars, the winner of all Presidential contests, and the sad musical career of Macaulay Culkin.

I entered an auction with one of them on a website I've never heard of (sadly I was outbid past my max bid) but the point is it DID bring me new deals to look at that I hadn't been able to find before skimming through zillow, realtor.com, and craiglist.
